How It Works

How to Take
- Take one sachet about 30 minutes before sexual activity — squeeze into the mouth and swallow.
- Do not take more than one sachet in any 24-hour period.
- Avoid heavy or fatty meals and alcohol, which can reduce the effect.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include facial flushing, headache, a blocked nose, indigestion, dizziness or mild nausea — usually mild and temporary, and often eased by drinking more water.
