Orders Dispatch and Delivery
All orders are dispatched on the same working day (orders confirmed before 11am) and usually delivered within 1 to 2 days, with many packages arriving the next day.
All packages are shipped in secure plain packaging for your privacy and security.
Returns, Damaged, and Lost Packages
Not Received Your Package
If you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
- Check your email to ensure we have charged your card. Many customers ignore transaction-failed emails if their card cannot be authorized.
- Check if the package is not within 15 working days of the order being processed. Postal delays can sometimes occur.
- Check the tracking information we have sent to your email, in case the post office has left a 'while you were out' card. You will need to contact or visit your local sorting office as soon as possible to avoid the package being returned to us.
Damaged or Shortage of Contents
If the contents of your package have arrived but are damaged or there is a shortage, please complete the form on the 'Contact Us' page and explain what has happened. We will either replace the goods or refund your card, as you prefer, in most cases.
The majority of returns we receive are due to the non-collection of items from local sorting offices after the postman leaves a card. Please ensure to collect your packages promptly to avoid any delays or returns.
