Returns, Damaged & Lost packages

If you have not received your package, firstly check your e-mail to ensure we have been able to charge your card. Many customers simply ignore the transaction failed e-mails our system generates if your card cannot be authorised.

The majority of returns we receive are due to non-collection of items from local sorting offices after the postman leaves a card!

If we have charged your card, check the order date to ensure it is not within 15 working days of the order being processed just in case of postal delays. Also, check the tracking info we have emailed you in case the Post Office have left a 'while you were out' card. In this case you will need to contact or visit your local sorting office, and please do so asap to avoid packages being returned to us.

If the contents of your package have arrived but are damaged or there is a shortage, please complete the form on the 'contact us' page explaining what has happened. We will replace the goods or refund your card as you prefer in most cases.
