Orders Dispatch & Delivery

Same-day dispatch on working days for orders confirmed before 11:00. Typical delivery window: 1–2 working days (many arrive the next day). Please ensure your name, address, email and phone are correct to avoid delays.

  • Dispatch days: Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 11:00 dispatch the next working day.
  • Weekend orders (Sat–Sun) dispatch on Monday.

Product Expiry Policy

Fresh stock guaranteed: all our products have a minimum of 6 months remaining until expiry, unless stated otherwise on the specific product page.
If you ever receive an item that does not match this policy, please contact us and we’ll put it right.

Customs Fees (Important)

IMPORTANT: Some countries may charge customs/handling fees upon delivery. These are set by local authorities and are outside our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Haven’t Received Your Package?

  1. Confirm your payment succeeded and was confimed with us (failed card authorisations/ tansfer not received/ can’t be dispatched).
  2. Send us an email for tracking request and any delivery attempts.
  3. Look for a ‘we missed you’ card and visit your local sorting office promptly.
  4. Please allow up to 15 working days after processing for rare postal delays.
  5. If still not received, contact us with your order number.

Damaged Items or Shortage of Contents

If your parcel arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Returns & Unclaimed/Returned Parcels

For privacy and due to the nature of our products, we do not include a return address on envelopes. Therefore:

  • Shipments not collected in time or sent to a wrong address may be permanently lost.
  • Returned parcels cannot be recovered and are permanently lost by the postal network.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and monitor tracking closely to avoid issues.

Helpful Notes

  • If a signature is required and no one is home, the carrier will hold your parcel at a local office for a limited time (Normally 15 working days).
  • Provide a mobile number to receive delivery updates where available.
  • Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed by the carrier.
