How It Works
Apcalis-SX contains tadalafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor known for its long window of effect of up to 36 hours. During sexual stimulation it relaxes the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the penis to help you achieve and maintain a firm erection.
How to Take
- Take one sachet 20–30 minutes before sexual activity — squeeze into the mouth and swallow.
- Effects can last up to 36 hours; do not take more than one sachet in any 24-hour period.
- Avoid grapefruit juice and heavy alcohol.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include facial flushing, headache, a blocked nose, indigestion, dizziness or mild nausea — usually mild and temporary, and often eased by drinking more water.

Do NOT take with:
